Victoria Durian Sandwich

My first attempt at durian. Cakes are classic Victoria butter cake material while the durian cream is a combination of whipped thickened cream and durian. Not bad yeah?

Don't worry about the fat, people. Worry about trans-fat and genetically engineered food. It's probably doing you more harm than any form of natural fat. My point is eat the cake with the cream and the durian. The whole package please. That is how you should savour food. Skinny, weight-conscious people, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
